Had a fantastic 5-night stay! The hostel is exceptionally clean, and the Pod was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and perfect for my things. The digital key on my phone was super convenient, and the backup passcode for a dead battery is very thoughtful. The only minor improvement would be adding a few more hooks or a small towel rack inside the pod. Overall, absolutely perfect and highly recommended in Melbourne!

I’ve had a long stay at Little Drifter Melbourne, and it’s easily the best hostel I’ve stayed at in Australia. The vibe is great, just a calm and comfortable environment. I stayed in the pods room, and it’s very close to the Japanese‑style capsule hotels I’m used to, with everything kept clean and tidy. I also appreciate that the building has security patrols at night. Bella at the front desk has been amazing. She went out of her way to help me find the best accommodation option for my needs. Really grateful for her help, it made the whole experience much easier. Thank you so much!!! 😊🙏

Great place to stay on my trip. Special mention to Josie for making me feel welcome and serving me with welcoming hospitality. What a ray of sunshine she is. Shout out to Jordan and Poppy for ensuring everyone was catered for and well-fed. Their positive demeanor made Breakfast more enjoyable.

Zoe and Josie are an amazing duo! Zoe rocks all the events- she’s a superstar! What a rare find in a hostel. Josie is an amazing bartender, nothing but smiles and helpfulness! Overall my stay here has been wonderful because of them!

Had a great stay at Little Drifter Melbourne. Bella (Isabella) was super kind and helpful at the front desk and the people organizing the events at night were great! The karaoke, the spontaneous meetings in the dining hall made my event. The rooms were clean and when something needed fixing, it got it right away. Definitely going back.

Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again. The location was perfect, right in the centre, so everything was within easy walking distance. I stayed in a 6-bed dorm and was surprised by how spacious it was. There was also a little changing area at the back of the room, which was really handy and gave a bit more privacy. The room was cleaned every day and was always kept nice and tidy. A big thank you to Hannah and Bella, who were both amazing during my stay. They were really friendly, helped me settle in straight away, and were always happy to answer any questions or give advice when needed. They definitely made the stay even better. Overall, a great hostel in a fantastic location with spacious rooms and lovely staff. I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in the area.

I had a great experience staying at this hostel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. A special thank you to Isabela for her amazing help and kindness. She was always respectful, patient and willing to assist. As a Spanish speaker, I really appreciated that she took the time to communicate with me in Spanish and make sure I understood everything. That made me feel much more comfortable and welcomed during my stay. Thank you, Isabela, for going the extra mile. Your kindness and positive attitude made a big difference in my experience. I would definitely recommend this hostel to other travellers!

Awesome vibe! The perfect place to start your Working Holiday I had an incredible time at Flinders Backpackers! The place has an amazing vibe and is full of long-term travelers and a great Latino community, making it the absolute best spot if you are just starting your Working Holiday visa. The reception staff are super friendly and helpful, and the location is absolutely unbeatable. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Melbourne. Highly recommended!

I did clay molding as one of the events organised by Josie and she was such an icon! She really made me smile and have the best time ever. I met loads of people from crafty Mondays and Josie really brings the energy. I also liked my pizza
